An old woman in China was recommended to take out the inner ring of the Palace inserted in China seven years ago.
After using the ring hook, only parts of the device that appear to be stainless steel rings can be removed from the uterine cavity.
It was then found to adhere to the wall of the uterus and the device was broken with further traction.

During hysteroscopy, the ends of the fragments of the inner ring of the palace were barely covered with a thin layer of endometrium.
By removing the superficial uterine muscle layer, more embedded fragments of the inner ring of the uterus were exposed.
The attempt to manipulate the inner ring fragments of the uterus out of the uterine muscle layer using the res mirror failed, causing the electrode line to break.
By pulling the end of the fragment with a sponge tweezers inserted into the uterine cavity, the fragment was finally removed (Figure1B).
Given the popularity of travel in the world today, doctors may see patients from all over the world, so it is necessary to be familiar with the inner ring of this stainless steel ring.
Although in most cases it is easy to remove this type of Palace inner ring, difficulties may be encountered in occasional patients, as described here.
